Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on wound care to join Clovis Healthcare and Rehab as a Wound Care Coordinator - RN. In this role, you will lead and integrate a fully developed Skin Health and Wound management program, oversee durable medical equipment for wound care, and serve as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.

Requirements

• RN license required
• National accredited wound certification or commitment to complete within 1 year
• Experience in clinical charting and incident reporting
• Strong knowledge of acceptable standards of care and team building skills
