Job Description
We are looking for a Yard Operations team member to join Bayview Building Materials at our store location in Vancouver, Washington. The role involves assisting customers with yard material, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and promoting a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales and yard team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate loading of materials based on invoices.
- Develop product knowledge and provide guidance to customers.
- Operate forklifts and light trucks safely and report any incidents promptly.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks as outlined in the description.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
