Job Description
We are currently seeking a Residential Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH. Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring students, including crisis management.
- Implementing social and recreational activities as part of the programming.
- Providing care and psychosocial education as per individual treatment plans.
- Teaching daily living skills, meal preparation, and hygiene practices.
- Building respectful relationships and positive role modeling.
- Assisting students in coping with crisis situations.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree OR relevant experience working with children.
- Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful background check completion.
