Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Youth Counselor at Mount Prospect Academy located in Pike, NH. As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing mentorship and support to at-risk youth in a residential setting. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management and social/recreational activities.
- Provide care and psychosocial education based on individual treatment plans.
- Assist residents with daily living skills, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
- Teach and refine social, interpersonal, and habilitation skills through positive relationships.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree, 60 college credits, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license preferred, 21+ years of age.
- Background check and authorization to work in the United States required.
