Job Description

Zepf Center, a prominent behavioral health and substance use disorder services provider in Northwest Ohio, is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Youth Office Based Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing individual, family, and group therapy to children and youth in accordance with the client's personalized service plan. This position requires working in both Zepf facilities and the client's natural environment, with potential for evening appointments. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, counseling clients, developing service plans, monitoring treatment effectiveness, facilitating referrals, maintaining clinical records, and participating in team meetings and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and therapy sessions for children and youth.
  • Develop and monitor individualized service plans.
  • Facilitate referrals to internal and external resources.
  • Maintain clinical records and reports per agency standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and consultations with interdisciplinary staff.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and current licensure (LSW, LISW, PC, PCC, CT, or other ODMH recognized licensure).
  • No criminal record barring work in a child-serving environment.
  • Background in supervision, program development, and crisis intervention preferred.
  • Valid driver's license or personal vehicle insurance, as applicable.
