Youth Therapist - Office Based

Job Description

Zepf Center, a leading behavioral health and substance use disorder services provider in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a full-time Youth Office Based Therapist. This role involves conducting diagnostic assessments and providing structured therapy to children and youth in individual, family, and group settings. The therapist will develop and monitor individualized service plans, assess treatment effectiveness, and facilitate referrals to other resources as needed. Additionally, maintaining clinical records and participating in team meetings and supervision are key responsibilities of this position. Eligible candidates must hold a Master's degree and current licensure in LSW, LISW, PC, PCC, CT, or equivalent, with a clean criminal record for working in a child-serving environment. Driving eligibility and insurance requirements apply for those operating company vehicles. Bonus eligibility conditions may apply.
