1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse operations and powered industrial equipment is a plus.
