We are hiring for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker position at Aldi. The position offers an opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The role involves various schedules including working on weekends and weekdays as part of a rotating shift. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will play a vital role in inventory management, communication with peers, and contributing ideas for process improvements. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate key competencies such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures, basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varied temperatures.
