1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with average hours ranging from 30-35 per week. The starting wage is up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for various duties to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilties:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Works collaboratively with a team.
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
