1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Achieve budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
