1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
