Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback to management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
