1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Workers to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth operation and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
