Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels and any issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining document security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
