Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor and report inventory levels and any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining document security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
