Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, products are readily available, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and assist with store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
