Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Assist customers with shopping, provide exceptional service, and maintain neat merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience in retail and operating common equipment
  • Good communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Compliance with state and local regulations on alcohol sales

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
