Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Assist customers with shopping, provide exceptional service, and maintain neat merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security measures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in retail and operating common equipment
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Compliance with state and local regulations on alcohol sales
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
