Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
