Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the store, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
- Provide exceptional customer assistance and communicate effectively with team members
- Offer feedback to management on inventory and product issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Meet state requirements for handling and selling alcohol
