Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds and performing general cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and adhere to company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
