Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
