Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
