Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by efficiently managing merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
