Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's upkeep, providing outstanding customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Participate in inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and conducting counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
