Full-Time Store Associate
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and report any discrepancies
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
