Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate key competencies and professionalism as outlined by ALDI.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
