Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
- Follow company policies to maintain document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of performing cleaning duties according to standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is desirable.
- Basic knowledge equivalent to a combination of education and experience.
