Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
