Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Efficiently handle equipment, follow cleaning standards, and interpret company policies
• Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus
