Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in store operations to prepare for managing your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. Additionally, you will mentor and lead the store team to success.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Recruit, train, and develop store personnel.
- Maintain store performance, payroll, and budget targets.
- Identify and address store maintenance and safety issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret policies and drive team performance.
- Experience in retail management preferred.
