Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining our shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly, and operating machinery safely. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to cash handling procedures. Join us in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and contributing to the smooth operation of our stores.
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
- Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases, stocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service.
- Operate equipment safely, follow merchandising guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Effective time management and knowledge of company products and services.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
