We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations following ALDI standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a friendly in-store atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
