Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by stocking shelves, performing cleaning duties, and organizing merchandise displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
