Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for various in-store activities to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, communicating clearly, and working independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
