Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs to enhance their experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred.
