Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi's team and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Offer feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
