Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi's team and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Offer feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
