Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the company's standards. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting, and cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
