Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory procedures and cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and working independently or in a team setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
