Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's appearance, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register
- Capable of following company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Prior retail experience preferred
