Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

$18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
