In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback on products and assist with inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
